Our goal, as it has been
from the beginning, is to serve our community. We place pride in being
the best in the area when it comes to computer technology. Unlike other
stores in the local area that seem to overcharge people because of their
lack of understanding of technology, we are more about helping people.
Our philosophy is based on customer satisfaction. Frankly, if you
receive good service, and are not overcharged for service and parts, you
will return again, and again. This will generate a larger local customer
base and help us meet our financial obligations. People are tired of
paying, by the hour, for poor workmanship. We try to charge customers on
a job basis, rather than an hourly fee. You will see many prices listed
throughout this website. We will try our hardest to honor them and help
with those little requests that you think computer stores are too busy,
or too pricey, to handle. We do require something in return for our
efforts to make the local computer retail and repair industry better,
and that is your continued patronage. We enjoy talking to new people,
and we would enjoy having and serving you and your computer needs.
Our new pricing policies are very competitive. We
can usually save you money when comparing us to superstores such as
Wal-Mart, or Best Buy. There is a link located at the bottom of this
page to our current pricelist. If you compare these prices with those
companies, I'm sure you will find them competitive, and with us, you
will receive local support, and not have to talk to someone halfway
across the globe.
We have overnight suppliers to help supplement our
inventory. Large national distributors are just a phone call away, and
most parts, if we do not have them in stock, arrive the very next day...
Consider stopping by the store. We are expanding
our parts inventory, and we expect it to only get better as time goes
by. But, we need your feedback and patronage to help repair this part of
our local economy.
